Return Policy
Unopened items may be returned
for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the date the item
was shipped.
If ANY item is returned with any
of the original package contents missing, the full purchase price
will not be refunded.
Your original receipt is required
and a valid ID may be required for all returns, exchanges, and
warranty repair services.
Return items with a valid
receipt, the original package and all package contents within 14
days for a refund or exchange. A 25% restocking fee will be charged
on returns and exchanges of any opened item unless defective!
You may only exchange items for
the same item if the original is defective. We do not accept
returns or exchanges on items if opened and non-defective past 14
days.
Returns must have a return
authorization number. To have a return authorization number (RA #)
activated you must contact Cruisin' Concepts at
returns@cruisinconcepts.com .
Items must be returned via UPS or insured
parcel post. Please write the issued RA # on the outside of the
shipping carton and include a copy of the invoice with the reason
for return indicated. We recommend re-using the original shipping
carton and packing materials if possible. Shipping and handling
charges are not refundable.
Please allow 2-3 days to process
the return. If a refund is requested and authorized, it will be
credited to the original purchasing credit card account number.
Closeouts and Refurbished Sales.
All Sales are Final. There are no returns or exchanges on any
Closeout or Refurbished. Only the original manufacturers warranty
applies.
